Lighting & Video Package
Intelligent Lighting for the façade of the building highlights the main entrance walkway and paths.
Environment lighting illuminates the tree line on the east side of the building as well as surrounding trees in the entry plaza.
Architectural lighting highlights key features of the building.
Video Projection Mapping for the front entry plaza allows for custom content to be sprawled across the entire front face of the museum to showcase/advertise upcoming attractions and events at the museum in a fun and animated manner.
Bespoke Laser/video integration displayed on the west side of the building draws attention from the center of Balboa Park. This would be used as a feature wall for displaying custom content, Comic-Con branding, corporate sponsors and future events in a breathtaking spectacle, unique to the Comic-Con museum and the only install of its kind in the United States.
Custom Lighting package to illuminate the back of the museum for guests entering the park.
All Lighting and video can be synchronized for a choreographed display and programmed for specific events, completely customized to match the theme and highlight attractions for the month.
Reactive Lighting & Video allows guests of the museum to interact with the building changing the visual display of the façade through the use of Infrared cameras for a personalized experience.
Laser/Video Integration
A closer look at our novel laser video integration: By combining custom animation and laser technology, we extend what is seen on the screen into physical space creating the illusion that lasers are 3D printing onto a canvas. This can be utilized as an art installation, a unique and bold approach to showcase corporate logos for sponsors, and a visually stunning way to advertise upcoming events.
